1. GENERAL

Access to and use of this Website (hereinafter referred to as epirusconsulting.gr), the services and products available through it (hereinafter referred to as "Services") are subject to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Use"). The use of the services provided requires the agreement to the entire terms of use of epirusconsulting.gr, as they apply at any given time. For this reason, it is recommended that users check this page from time to time in order to be informed of any amendments to the terms of use. The use of epirusconsulting.gr by the user after being informed of the current terms of use, implies their acceptance. In case of disagreement with the terms of use, you are requested not to use epirusconsulting.gr.

The Company shall not be liable in the event of inability to access all or part of the services for any reason whatsoever.

In any case, however, no liability, commitment or guarantee of any kind arises from the Company in relation to security and content. 3. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPANY

Given the internationalized nature of the Internet and its volume, any direct, consequential, incidental, indirect or consequential damages arising from the access of any user to epirusconsulting.gr or its use, including the case of negligence, do not give rise to liability of the Company, or its executives, or its directors, or its employees or its partners or any of its representatives. Also, the Company and its relevant partners reserve the right to delete any content posted on epirusconsulting.gr that violates these terms of use. 

iii.The user understands and accepts that he/she must evaluate and be responsible for any risk that may be involved in the use of any content, including any decision to rely on the accuracy, completeness and/or usefulness of any content. In particular, the user understands and accepts that he/she cannot rely on the content and information posted on epirusconsulting.gr, including information available on epirusconsulting.gr.

iv.The user undertakes to strictly follow the applicable legislation concerning the transmission of data from Greece and Europe to third countries.

v.The user understands and accepts that by using the services of epirusconsulting.gr he/she may be exposed to content that is offensive, immoral or illegal. Under no circumstances can epirusconsulting.gr be held responsible for any error or omission in any content or for any damage or harm that may arise from the use of any content posted, sent, transmitted or otherwise made available by users on the services of epirusconsulting.gr. In the event that epirusconsulting.gr receives notice that any content causes harm to a third party, it reserves the right to proceed to the immediate deletion of this content and at the same time to terminate the account of the user who violates the terms of this.

vi.If through epirusconsulting.gr is possible to conduct conversations on the Internet, the INTERNET user code of conduct (NETIQUETTE) should be followed and the adoption of unfair practices by users is prohibited. 

vii.In case of non-compliance of users with the present terms of use and the applicable legislation, the Company reserves the right to take any necessary action such as prohibiting their access to all or part of the services provided, as well as deleting, moving, processing messages.

viii:Not allowed when using the services of epirusconsulting.gr :

Posting, publishing, sending, transferring or using any other method to install content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, offensive, damaging, defamatory, vulgar, violent, abusive, racist or otherwise objectionable, violates the personality and personal data of others, causes feelings of hatred, and / or any other constituted criminal offense, causes harm to minors in any way. 

Posting, publishing, sending, transmitting or using any other method to install unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or other product promotional content, sending unsolicited and uninvited e-mails and any other form of unsolicited promotional content; interfering in any way with the privacy and individual and social rights of other users (such as collecting and/or storing personal data of other users/members)

The false statement about the identity of the user or misleading statement regarding the relationship and/or cooperation of the user with another legal or natural person, also the alteration of user identifiers in order to mislead as to the origin of the content transmitted through the services of epirusconsulting.gr.

Posting, publishing, sending, transmitting, transferring or using any other method to install content by a person who is not entitled to make the content available by law or under a confidential relationship, as well as posting, publishing, sending, transferring or using any other method to install software or content in any form (text, image, audio, video, animation) that infringes any intellectual and industrial property rights of any entity. 

Posting, publishing, sending, transmitting, transferring or using any other method to install and/or promote and/or distribute content containing digital viruses or any other electronic code, files or programs designed to interfere with, destroy or limit the operation of any software or computer or telecommunications equipment. 

Interference with the services or disruption of the services or servers or networks connected to the services of epirusconsulting.gr, or violation of the conditions, procedures and rules of use of these networks.Violation of any national, European, international legislation concerning and/or covering any service of epirusconsulting.gr.

The user of epirusconsulting.gr understands and accepts that he/she retains the exclusive responsibility to compensate the Company and its partners for any legal dispute arising between him/her and third parties due to the content that he/she makes available for posting, publication, or other transfer through the services of epirusconsulting.gr.

6. ADVERTISING NEWSLETTERS - PROVISION OF A LICENCE FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES

The Company has no responsibility for the user's communication with third party service providers advertised on epirusconsulting.gr and for any commercial transaction that may arise from the relationship between them. The Company is not responsible for the personal data protection policy followed by the advertisers on this website during their transactions with the users of these services.

The user who is interested in advertising on epirusconsulting.gr, in order to obtain all the information necessary for this, must send a request and obtain explicit permission from the Company. It is not allowed to use the services of epirusconsulting.gr for commercial solicitation of customers by users of epirusconsulting.gr for the use of other services without prior specific permission from the Company.

The user who makes use of the services of epirusconsulting.gr to post and / or publish information, data, text, graphics, photographs, pictures, images, music files, videos, messages, gives permission to the Company, for the period of time that this content is part of the services of epirusconsulting.gr, to use the space where the content is posted for advertising purposes. Also, the user who posts and / or publishes information, data, text, graphics, photographs, images, pictures, music files, videos, messages consents to the posting and / or publication of advertisements by epirusconsulting.gr on the relevant pages / services.

7. RETURNS

You have the right to return the products you have purchased within 14 calendar days and request a replacement or refund!

As part of our actions for COVID-19 Coronavirus and to facilitate the return of your order, we extend the return time to 30 days for all orders with a delivery date up to 31 March 2020, as evidenced by the delivery receipt of the shipping company.

ATTENTION: The returned products must be in the condition in which they were sent by epirusconsulting.gr and received by the customer, complete and without damage. Returns that do not meet the above conditions will NOT be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Specifically, returns on Underwear, Swimwear, Socks and Grooming Products are accepted provided that they have not been used and the protectors have not been removed. Shoes must be tried on a clean floor or carpet, as the sole must be un-soiled for the return to be accepted. The shoe box should also be adequately protected on return to prevent any damage.

COST OF RETURNS

The first return as well as the first replacement is FREE for shipments within Greece using our partner company Courier!

For Cyprus and abroad, the cost is borne by the customer and can be carried out with any shipping company the customer wishes!

In case of a second return regarding the same order, the costs for the return and pick up of the order will be covered by the customer.

Please contact us by telephone on 2651028888 to inform Speedex Courier to collect the product from the address you have advised them at no cost to you. Alternatively you can deliver it yourself to any Speedex Courier store.

3. Send your parcel for FREE (valid only for Greece)

Deliver the parcel for return to Speedex Courier with a charge to the recipient epirusconsulting.gr

RETURN OF MONEY

In case you do not wish to be replaced with a new product, the refund process is done within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return in our warehouse and is extremely simple as long as you inform us by phone at 2651048950 or by email at info@epirusconsulting.gr.

The refund will be made to the original means of payment, unless you selected cash on delivery as a method of payment at the time of purchase. The refund in this case will be made by means of a deposit to the customer's bank account.

It is a prerequisite that the client informs epirusconsulting.gr via email at info@epirusconsulting.gr for the account number (IBAN), the bank where the account is held and the name of the beneficiary as it appears on the booklet. For security reasons, the beneficiary or co-beneficiary of the account number should be the same person as the one selected in the invoicing details and indicated on the purchase receipt.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND OTHER CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions and any modification thereof shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law. If any provision is deemed invalid or void, it shall automatically cease to apply, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms and conditions. For any dispute arising from the use of epirusconsulting.gr, the competent courts of Ioannina have jurisdiction.
